DJ Messiah & Cam’Ron-King Of Ohio Review

DJ Messiah is known for his consistency and ability to drop hot tapes at the right moment. He’ll let other DJs breath for 2 weeks before flooding the streets with 3-5 titles. So with the return of Cam’Ron, why wouldn’t Messiah hop on the opportunity to create a tape? The question at hand is will it live up to his other Dipset titles such as Juelz Santana’s “Swag Splasher?” The title, “King of Ohio,” plays on the fact Cam announced he was originally from Ohio.

DJ Blazita & Cam’Ron-Remember Me? Review


In 2009, where is the unity in Hip Hop? Everybody is doing their own thing. If you were to have told someone in 2003 that the Diplomats wouldn’t be the same force they were at the time, they’d look at you crazy. Cam’Ron, Juelz, Jimmy, Freekey, and all the other little subsidiaries that built Dipset to a level that most groups weren’t touching. They dominated the mixtape scene with over 20 mixtapes throughout their career. Now, Jimmy will deny he speaks or even spoke to Cam’Ron in the last few years. Everybody has their little subsidiaries still and less about unity and more about them. Just to take a trip down memory lane, DJ Blazita examines the leader of the group, Cam’Ron from his latest to his classics.

The Real Pack-The Evolution Review

The Real Pack have been on their grind for quite some time. They are everywhere in New York. That is not enough though, so it’s time time showcase their talents. The new tape, “The Evolution,” does just that. On one side, you have the world famous Brucie B and the other side has the honorable Kin Smij for the hosting. Drake-So Far Gone Review

When an artist can rap and sing does that give him more opportunity than someone who only does one of those things? If he can successfully market himself, most people would agree. Drake is an example of that. Whether it was appearing on Degrassi as Jimmy or being a part of Wayne’s I Am Music Tour, he has been keeping himself busy for the last few months. The hype surrounded around “So Far Gone” kept getting bigger with each leak. People staying up late anticipating when the tape would pop up on October’s Very Own (Drake’s blog).
